As a SAH with IRCC, the AGC is responsible for prescreening applicants for eligibility and admissibility. As required by the SAH, every Principal Applicant must be pre-screened before an application will be submitted to ROC-O.

This form is for potential sponsoring groups who will be working with a local family member or friend of a refugee, and are in the process of establishing that the Principal Applicant is indeed eligible and admissible as a sponsored refugee to Canada.
