Please be aware that this office receives over 100 requests from refugees abroad and from family members in Canada each month. This office has NO ABILITY to initiate a sponsorship application and we do not keep a waiting list.

Due to staffing capacity, we are only able to communicate by email. We do not take phone calls, and the Refugee Sponsorship Office is NOT located in the National Office of the AGC identified in the SAH listings on the government website. People at that office will direct you to email this office.
Email inquiries will always be responded to, although it may take several weeks and sometimes months to do so.
